Black Wombman's Principles(General)
1. To honor and love the 10 commandments.
2. Fulfill loyalty to our daily duties.
3. All Empresses must be presented at our Royal International Roll Call.
4. No walking in and out of the Holy Tabernacle especially on the Sabbath Day.
5. No erring, No talebearing, no gossiping.
6. Upright words, one to another.
7. No slandering, no picking, and stealing.
8. Upright dressing, robe and turban way of life.
9. No loud talking in the courts.
10. Humility and meekness, are signs of a Virtuous Wombman.
11. Empress must be available at the International Gate House to check International Visitors.
12. Empress must work in unity to fulfill loyalty to His Majesty and the Universal Field.
13. On the 21st day of International Freedom, a white flag must be at the gate house to show forth freedom.

Our duty is to maintain the E.A.B.I.C. For the black man young and old we have princes and kings and the orders range from disciples, apostles, prophets and priest. We serve one God and we all must know that. There is psalms reading and roll call. Psalms reading goes 6 days a week 3 times a day from Sunday to Friday the Sabbath preperation. Morning psalms reading is from 5:30 am - 6:00 am, mid-day is from 11:30 am - 12:00 pm and then the evening from 5:30 pm - 6:00 pm. Psalms reading consist of 7 psalms being read it begins with the chanting of the Ethiopian Cree. Roll call service begins right after the ending of the morning psalms reading also for 6 days and it is lead by a priest and and assisted by fellow priests and prophets of the congress disciples and apostles attend roll call service also. Roll call consist of 3 hymns a selected chapter of the Bible and choruses and prayer and praises with also the marking of attendance, it is concluded by the Ethiopian Cree and prayer. We are responsible for the upkeep of the Congress as it is an everlasting Kingdom upon earth, it is the Melchesidec order since creation. On the 7th day of the week, Sabbath(Saturday) and Sabbathical service is carried out beginning after the evening downsetting of Friday. Saturday morning at 6am - 12pm then it begins again at 2pm until 6pm and that is the ending of the Sabbathical service. No money spending from 6pm Friday until 6pm Saturday evening. Fasting servive to be kept each Monday, Wednesday and Sabbath morning. No violence, nor weapons of violence to be brought as Black Supremecy is in righteousness of Salvation based upon redemption. Young princes are to be taught to not rough up or ill treat the young goddesses in flesh. The principle sheet is to be read each roll call morning for principle makes man a man and woman a woman for the spiritual and temporal building and upkeep of the earthical Kingdom. Only words of upliftment are to be spoken in the kingdom anyone found reasoning on something else not dealing with salvation is to be reported who and where such reasonings is coming from and it shall be rectified within the Kingdom. One man his woman and one woman to her man so as to keep pure from fornication and adultery. No one can be forced to do anything, you can be told but not forced.
