ARTIST'S BIO:

Writing is my life - whether it be penning articles, poetry or songs. It's a vital necessity to my everyday existence, and has always been so!

Many know me as a journalist, but I also love creating music, poetry, art, and designing! I am a multi-faceted person, and proud mother of a lovely 10-year-old girl, Kayla.

I write for the Amandala newspaper - which makes the claim of being Belize's leading newspaper! I've also written, most recently, for 13 Productions, Belize, to bring to life the storylines of the first Belizean dramatic series - Noh Matta Wat. It was an awesome experience for me to see my characters, like Dynamo (Randy), Granny Tomasa, Margaret, Lisani, and some of the others come to life on the big screen!

I love reading and writing in my quiet time, but I am even more fascinated with art.

Music is my greatest earthly channel for peace!

Adele equals a black, proud, Belizean and African sister who knows what she is about. She is Positive, affirmative and compassionate in every way attainable. Adely is a unique person with extraordinary qualities. She is one of the nicest and most excellent people you’ll ever meet in your life time. Virtuous woman, I admire your morality plus the way you pay tribute to the man above. I always have a lot of admiration for people who are spiritual, or who acknowledges that there is a supreme being who is worthy to be praise. She stands out for the individual that she is and the labor she does.
Adely nuff love and respect to you for giving me my time to bless the people in da city with my gift of poetry. It was my pleasure performing with you, Khalilah and the rest of poets at Faiyah Haat. I look forward to us doing bigger things in the coming days.
