عبر لاعب الوسط فرانك لامبارد عن مشاعر لاعبى تشيلسى وخيبة أملهم بعد الخروج امس من دورى ابطال اوروبا بعد التعادل مع برشلونه الاسباني بنتيجة 1 / 1 .
وقال لامبارد : " يجب ان تتفهم انه كان هناك 11 لاعب يحاولون الوصول للمباراه النهائيه , وعندما نرى تلك الاخطاء الكثيره من الحكم لا تتوقع من هؤلاء اللاعبين ان يخرجوا دون قول اى شىء ! " .
وأضاف : " لا اهتم ان كان المنظر سيئا او لا . لم يكن هناك اى عنف . كل ما فعلناه هو التعبير عن خيبه املنا بعدم الوصول لما كنا نطمح اليه " .
وتابع الدولي الإنجليزي حديثه : " يمكن لبرشلونه فعل اى شىء سواء تسجيل هدف فى اخر دقيقه من المباراه او باى وقت اخر .. لذلك كنا في قمه الحزن لاننا لم نستغل الفرص الكثيره التى اتيحت الينا لتسجيل الاهداف . يمكنك تفهم الموقف عندما لا تدخل الكره المرمى .. او عندما لا يحتسب الحكم ركله جزاء صحيحه .. ولكننا استحقينا الفوز بالمباراه " .
وإمتدح لامبارد فريق برشلونه ووجه في نفس الوقت إنتقادا لاذعاب إلى حكم المباراة , وقال حول ذلك : " كل التحيه للاعبى برشلونه .. انه فريق ممتاز .. ولكننا كنا اقوى منهم وكل من فى الاستاد شاهد كيف ان الحكم لم يحتسب لنا عده ركلات جزاء صحيحه .. فى نهايه اليوم نشعر انه تم ضربنا باسنانا " .
وتحدث فرانك حول ضربات الجزاء غير المحتسبة وقال : " ضربات الجزاء كانت واضحه تماما .. الحكم شاهد اللعبه جيدا .. مساعد الحكم شاهد اللعبه جيدا .. لا افهم لماذا لم يحتسبوا اى واحده منهم ! .. هذا الامر هو الاكثر احباطا لنا !
وأضاف : " يجب علينا ان نكون محترفين .. لقد كانت خيبه امل كبيرة ولكن يجب علينا الان الوقوف مجددا ومواصله اللعب " .
