Afta Mr Xz 2 yrs suppose visa completed, Mrs X turns 19 n Mr X turns 28, n starts applyin4 ILR, now Mr X been granted ILR, next day Mr X leaves Mrs X by startin a arguement wit her n her parents. Who lives destroyed now? Mrs X n her babys, not da fukin parents of Mrs X, neitha da fukin freshies aka Mr X, coz he wil go back home n get married der.

Mrs X is only 19 n faces a divorce n with NO hopes of she wil be gettin married inda future coz our fukin Bengali culturez fukd up. Well, well, luk huz readin…lol… well I wantd 2guide people hu r new2cookin.. lol… well if u wana impress ur hubby or dear demandin wifey… den ur in da rite place… I kno not every1z a professional chef lyk myself..lol, so gona tell u an easy way2cook 1 of da Asian favourite n kinda complicated dish, trust me if u cook my Biryani, u’ll defo impress ur hubby or wifey, dey wud fink ur a mighty chef… (See I dnt only lyk cookin, I like braggin 2..lol)…BTW am a gud guy datz y I’m sharin my precious skills.. Not lyk many jealous peoples…lol… Gawd dis is jus 2make my profile longa den every1 elsez... as promise psychoz profile wil b longa den every1 elsez... neva break a promise..lol

I’ll teach u2impress ur dear wifey or hubby…N if u dnt hav 1 den fuk it N hav da whole Biryani all by urself or share it wiv ur parents… N recommend me 2dem den I can cook 4dem n charge dem… well not much, mayb few pennies, need 2 make a livin.lol.. Now rememba dis da simple way of cookin a Bengali home made Biryani… For u, ur husband, ur wife, ur lil one, ur friend, da dog and the cat as well (u can add some fish if u wish to feed da cat…lol)

Step 1: Cook rice in usual way, da beta da quality rice is da beta da Biryani gona b… Try Basmati rice (it wont hav2 be tilda…) cook da rice well (Plz dnt say u cant cook rice, in a cookin pot, add basmati rice (as much as u need) with adequate amount of water but wen cookin rice 4da Biryani rice please put sum bay leafs N cinnamons -leaf is possible- 4da aroma of course).

Step 2: Get adequate amount of chicken or lamb meat (which eva u lyk) dice da chicken or lamb meat in2bite size pieces. Boil da chicken or lamb meat in a cookin pan wiv sum water N salt. Afta well boiled, drain da water N marinate da meat or chicken wiv vinegar for 3 hours N den add a lot of turmeric power (that’s goin2give da yellowish colour) N adequate amount pure lemon juice (u can squeeze da lemon..lol.. rememba2 separate da seeds)chilli powder, garlic paste, tomatoes paste, ginger paste (don’t add 2much ginger paste if ur cookin jus da chicken, but add plenty if ur cookin da lamb meat).

Step 3: put one N half choppd N diced onions with half small teacup full cup of oil. (If u dont like 2chop onions, den peel da onionskin N cut it in2 2 pieces N put in da refrigerator for 2-3 hours n den chop it) Now put all da boiled N spice mixed chicken or lamb meat N let it fry well.. Stir it afta couple of mins. Let it cook well. Add sum sour pickle N stir it well…

Step 4: Put da cooked rice in a bowl N separate all da bay leafs N cinnamon from da rice. Now mix da rice with da almost cookd chicken or lamb meat. Stir it well, make sure da curry N da rice is well mixed. Da best way 2ensure it is all well mixed is by ensuring all da rice colour is changed in2 yellow N sexy. Lol… N den add sum ghee (yes u heard me rite, am not crazy, dat wil give u da flavour, add around 2-3 spoon full of ghee) N let it cook slowly. Add sum chopped green chillies N small amount of Bengali coriander.

Step 5: Get a fry pan N fry some sweet corns, peas, small-diced carrots. Once well fried, add dem to the almost cooked Biryani and mix it well. Let it shallow cook.

Step 6: Ur Biryani well cooked, now to serve it. Cut 2/3 big potatoes slice dem into thin round N large pieces N fry it well with salt and turmeric powder; toast some peanuts (u can fry as itz quicker), get 2/3 big carrots and slice dem into thin N large pieces fry dem very well.

Step 7: Get a big plate (rememba presentation.. lol, not da PowerPoint presentation..lol nah messin abt wiv ur hungry stomach..lol), in da middle ov da plate get at least 3-4 big spoons full of cookd Biryani N den add N dress da big thinly fried pieces of potatoes N carrots on da side N da roasted (or fried, coz dats quicker) on the middle. Rememba u dnt need 2add peanuts unless u lyk stuff 2get a bit extra crunchy…lol Your Biryani served, hav sum juice with it 2…or if u h8 juice den add lime in coke and serve it chilled.

Notes: The rice shud be cooked in small cookin pot N chicken or lamb meat shud be cooked in a big cookin pot (with enough space 4da cooked rice). Hope u try dis easy simple Biryani cookin, now don’t complain 2 me statin ur mummy cooks differently, Biryani can b cookd in many ways, but da easiest way is my way…lol…
